National Potbellied Pig Registry Complaint Form
Should the need arise, the National Potbellied Pig Registry has set up a method by which potbelly pig owners can file an owner complaint against a specific breeder. Upon three written, verified and non-reconciled complaints within a one calendar year, the National Potbellied Pig Registry reserves the right to revoke the breeder's registration privileges.

NPPR will supply the Breeder a copy of this complaint and related materials. The breeder will have an opportunity to respond in writing to the complaint. NPPR will verify and take all facts into consideration prior to making a decision. A copy of the decision will be provided to the Breeder and to the Owner.
